Larissa

Office Manager

Larissa joined the team in January of 2023. She started in the practice as a pre-tester for the doctors in 2023 but has since transitioned to the office manager position. She assists with pretesting as well as reception duties as needed. She is currently enrolled at Rhodes State College majoring in Business Administration: Small Business Management. She is set to graduate with her associate’s degree in business administration in the fall of 2025. Outside of work Larissa enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as spending time with her two cats and dog. She loves being outdoors during the summer as well as traveling and visiting beaches.

Tiffany

Vision Therapist/Technician

Tiffany joined the team in December of 2019. She is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant that performs the vision therapy program here at the office. She is also a Certified Functional Vision Rehabilitation Specialist. She enjoys working with patients of all ages in therapy to better them in schoolwork, jobs and functional everyday tasks. Tiffany also helps with the front desk/exit desk. She grew up in Miller City and resides there now with her husband Brent, and two daughters Zaylee and Lakyn and dog coco. Outside of work Tiffany enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as being outdoors.

Portia

Optician

Portia joined the team in February of 2024. She started in the practice as a pre-tester and grew fond of the optician work. Portia was previously a MA as well as a phlebotomist. She currently assists patients with selecting frames, adjustments, repairs, and orders. Portia enjoys hiking and visiting new places. She also has a photography business which is one of her greatest passions. A fun fact about Portia is that she attended culinary school.

Amanda

Receptionist

Amanda joined the team in March of 2023. She has been a medical receptionist for the past 12 years. Her duties include, but are not limited to, checking in/out patients, scheduling future appointments, making referrals out, authorize and bill vision insurances and customer service. Amanda is married to her husband Adam and has a daughter, Alivia. She enjoys spending time with family, baking, gardening and breeding dachshunds.

Morgan

Optometric Technician/Scribe

Morgan joined the team in May of 2024, Morgan has 10+ years in patient and customer care. Morgan is currently a pretester/scribe for Dr. Rohrs. Morgan is responsible for greeting patients, taking vitas, performing vision tests, vision therapy pre-examinations, prior authorizations, and any other tasks the doctors may need help with. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys live music and spending time with her family.
